It's good to have a plan and be a good steward of what the Lord has blessed you with. But just know, Jesus has the freedom to change that plan anytime He wishes!

Well hey folks, I wanted to show you this board behind me. We are having a, this is Sunday morning, this afternoon, we are having a big meeting here with our church staff at our church to fill this thing up with all of our events for the year. I've already got a couple of little things written on there, but by the time we get done with our meeting this afternoon, this whole board will be completely full of events, camps, ministry activities in red and green and black and all those different things. Because part of being a church is being prepared. But here's the thing I wanted to share with you. Everything that we write on this board, God has the right to change any of it. He has the right to alter any of it. Because I was joking this morning in our first service that we did this same thing in January of 2020, and buddy, maybe for the first month or two things went as planned, but once March of 2020 hit, everything changed. Because God has the right to do with our plans as he sees fit. So I want to share this with you. One, it's okay to plan. It's okay to think through. It's okay to try to be a good steward of all the things that God's given you. That's what we're doing here, just trying to be a good steward of all the different ministries that God's given us. But above all that, know that God has the right to change and alter our plans whenever he desires. So I pray that as you plan out your 2024, man, think through how you can bring glory to Jesus, but also give Jesus the freedom to change it and alter it however he sees fit. Listen, God bless. If I can do anything for you, shoot me a message. Let me know. Have a great day.
