Hey, what's going on, Faith Base? I hope you guys are doing well. I love New Year's resolutions. I am a big believer in these things, not because I think they changed your life or the world. I know the data on how many people failed them, but what I do like is the idea of being able to kind of set this declarative time of starting over. I think there's so much value in just being able to say, like, hey, I'm going for it this time. I'm going to commit myself. And I think where people often try and, where they get too little caught up in stuff is trying to make too big of goals too quickly, right? The adage of how do you eat an elephant? The answer is one bite at a time. It's the same thing with healthy new habits, right? So I would encourage you to make three resolutions this year. And I use the verticals of my physical, my mental, and my spiritual, right? What are the three things that I want to kind of get out of those things in those particular categories and then plan accordingly. Get one or two other people that you can be like real honest with and that can hold you accountable and see where that takes you. Because remember, three or four months of good progress is better than no months of progress. So keep moving, keep going for it, and watch God walk with you along the way. Thanks guys, have a great day.
