In Luke 19:40 Jesus say the rocks will cry out in worship if we don't. So this Christmas season, let's Repeat the Sounding Joy of our great Savior!

You know, another one of my favorite hymns that we sing during the Christmas season is Joy to the World. And I love what it says in the second stanza about worship. And it repeats what Paul says and what David says in the Psalms that if we don't cry out, nature's gonna cry out to worship Jesus. Listen to what it says. It says, Joy to the earth, the Savior reigns, let men their songs employ. While fields and floods, rocks, hills, and plains, repeat the sounding joy, repeat the sounding joy. Meaning, we need to follow the example that nature sets by worshiping the name of Jesus. And what better time of year to do that? So I want to encourage you today, find some time to worship. Find some time to really praise. Whether that's singing, or whether that's sharing of your faith, or all worship means, it means exalting the name of Jesus. That's what it means. Worship means exalting the name of Jesus. Now, music is a traditional way of doing that, and a lot of people gravitate towards that, but maybe prayer for you, maybe Bible study, maybe sharing your faith, whatever it is you need to do to exalt the name of Jesus. What does it say again? Let men their songs employ. Why? While the fields and the floods, the rocks, the hills, and the plains, repeat their sounding joy, let us repeat our sounding joy today about the person of Jesus. Listen, God bless. Have a great day. If there's anything I can do to help encourage you or serve you today, please shoot me a message. Let me know. God bless. Have a great day. God bless. God bless.
