Remember - as we wait for assurance of God’s plan for this or that in our lives … as we wait for an assured peace or a definite sign, we tend to look for the big signs - but as it was with Elijah ….. God commands the fire, the raging winds, the earthquakes …. But He comes in the whisper! (1 Kings 19:1-18) We no longer have to journey to Mt Horeb, praise be to Jesus, so even more so, since we have His spirit dwelling within our hearts … will His answers and His voice be ever that still small voice! If you’ve heard something but are doubting yourself, or are worried it’s not Him, that you didn’t hear clearly - remember He speaks in the whisper!
