May they be guided by Your hand in every decision and action, bringing effective treatment and hope to those under their care. Bless their efforts, O Lord, and let their work be fruitful. May they find strength in their calling and remain steadfast in their dedication to preserving and enhancing life. Help them to balance skill with empathy, knowledge with humility, and science with the art of healing. For those in recovery, grant patience and perseverance.
