Hello and welcome today for another Dr. J's Thoughts. We're so happy that you're here with us and we're going to be talking to you from the topic Echoes of Grace, a season to rejoice and give thanks. You know this Christmas season, let's unite in a symphony of gratitude and praise for our Almighty God. His remarkable presence has been a guiding light, a beacon in uncertain times and offering clarity and wisdom and endless blessings for us. You know, scripture tells us in Psalms 107 verse 1, give thanks to the Lord for he is good. His love endures forever. In this festive whirlwind, let's focus on the true reason for the season and the true reason we know for the season and for the joy and the hope is none less than Jesus Christ and his righteousness that he died on the cross that we might have life and have it more abundantly. God's boundless goodness and mercy continues to abide for us this day and every day so that we can have life and have it more abundantly. This season is a perfect opportunity to express our profound gratitude for his generous grace and his unmerited favor, his love where he just continuously to give to us abundantly. Colossians 3 and 15 says, let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts since as members of one body, we are called to peace and to be thankful and we got a reason to praise him this holiday season. We have a reason to glorify him this holiday season. When we think about the goodness of Jesus and all that he's done for us, our souls must cry out hallelujah. Thank you God for what you have done and continue to do. Thank you God for your mercy and your enduring power. Thank you Lord for your grace and your kindness and your everlasting joy, your peace that surpasses all understanding. Our praise should transcend words. Every act of kindness, loving gesture and selfless act is a tribute to him because he is worthy to be praised as we reveal in this holiday festivities the joy of our contentment for what he has done when God gave his son and son gave his life that we can have life more abundantly. It is a time in which we celebrate this holiday season for the goodness of what he has adorned upon our homes and adorned upon our lives by the exchanging of gifts. But the true meaning of what God has done is not understood by giving a gift truly. It's God giving his son and that salvation that has been bought by his blood, paid on Calvary's cross that we might not be lost and that we might have life more abundantly. That's the great gift that we celebrate. That's the ultimate gift, the ultimate love, that grace that he gave that we might have life and have it more abundantly. And as the melody of the carols and the hymns resonate and all the songs go forth, let us keep our heart full of melody for the great celebration and glory that comes in his name, in his life that he gave for us. Our praise should be a beacon of joy and hope because he instills in us that hope that says no matter what we're going through, we're going to make it and we're going to experience life more abundantly and we're going to praise the Lord in his sanctuary. Praise him in his mighty heavens. That's Psalms 150 verse one. So remember, praising God is a privilege and an expression of our love and gratitude. Let's lift our hearts and voices and embrace the spirit of praise and show the world our devotion to the living, loving, wonderful God. Truly, we thank you for being here with us today.
