If the person has caused you hurt, okay, let's say you forgive them, but do you hold them accountable? Like, how do you know if they're changing? That's good. And then that comes to the topic of boundaries. So there's boundaries and good times and there's boundaries and bad times. And there's boundaries in the transitional moments in an intense, the tense of the, the in between, I guess. But then how do I know that there's like, there's change happening? Well, establish the boundaries that weren't there before. Especially when it comes to either forms of infidelity or forms of rejection. Like there is, we, we have seen where couples reject each other in front of other people and it hurts the other spouse and it's embarrassing or other couples that put down each other in front of other people or when they're forgotten, nobody wants to be forgotten.
