Hey, what's going on, everyone? I hope you guys are having a great day. This is the next part of the series of Mind, Body, and Spirit. So one of the things I wanted to get a chance to share with you today is that this series here is a connection from one to the other. Your mind and the things that you think is connected to your physical health and your things that your physical health is connected with your spiritual health, like everything is connected. And so today as we tackle the things of physical, I want you to just think how all of this works together for our good, for God's good, for the good of what we do for a living and what we do in our families. And so I wanted to get a chance to get on here and share with you some of the things that I've dealt with in trying to work on. You see, I went through this period where I felt like my strength was fading and having a little bit of fogginess. And I've been trying to lose weight and I was doing different things and I would lose weight, but I couldn't keep it off. And I started to figure out like some things up. And I was talking to one of my business partners and he was telling me how he had been on testosterone to be able to balance out his levels. So I was like, you know what? Let me go to my doctors and check out my testosterone levels and come to find out they were super low. They were 144 when you're supposed to be, you know, anywhere between 400 to five or 600, whatever the average is. But my numbers were crazy low. And so I went to the doctor and talked with him and now I'm on testosterone to be able to balance me out. You see, sometimes again, like I talked about in the first series, there's this stigma about our testosterone as men, you know, that may be too low. And what I want to encourage you is there's nothing to be ashamed of. You know, for me, you know, and for a lot of guys, we think of testosterone that's connected to performance in another area of our life. Right. But it wasn't about that. This was, you know, not having the strength in my my physical strength that I'm used to or having just a little bit of fogginess and your testosterone helps with all of that. And then the other biggest thing for me was my metabolism. And so now that I just started that therapy, I want to encourage other men to be able to go out and get your levels tested. Don't worry about what everyone else thinks. Let's have a open conversation. You see, having a healthy physical body means that we can go out and we can serve our families, serve the community, be good and be in good health to be a good servant of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You know, in the Bible, it talks about the physical health that of an athlete. So I'm not saying go out and be ready to run a marathon or trying to go and be on the draft for the NBA or the NFL. But what I am trying to tell you is let's be in good physical health. Let's be real about those conversations, whether it's starting with just curtailing our diet. Maybe we find out what may be hindering our ability to be able to get in the shape that we hope for, desire. Part of it will probably revert back to that first part of the segment, our mental. So let's be able to understand how we can be more disciplined about our lives, be more focused about our health, get out and go walking, get out and go running, whether it's getting out into the gym, whatever that may be, take steps that work for your body, take steps that work for you. But don't be too cautious in the sense of not doing enough to be able to get the results that you hope for. You see, one of the things I'm grateful for about this community is that we want to be able to encourage you to work on everything to help you be the best that you can be, to be the best that God created you to be. You see, when we feel good mentally and we feel good physically, we can do great things. And so let's go out, let's love, let's have fun, be childlike in the way that we go out and we have time for ourselves. Go and have fun. You know, as adults, sometimes everything is all serious, but have fun and you'll never, you'll be amazed how when you go out and have a little fun and you smile a little bit more, how your physical strength and your physical body will start to get better. And so I love you guys. I hope that you guys will continue to follow. Please subscribe. Please connect. Send me some messages. I would love to hear from you on your journey of getting your mind, your body and your spirit right. And so let's connect. Talk to you soon. Love you guys. And I hope you guys have an amazing day and an amazing holiday season. Talk to you soon.
