If your life story were to be written out in a physical book and somebody were to pick that book up and they were to read a sentence or a chapter or even a section of the book, would they be able to get a full understanding of who you are as a person and fully understand your character? Of course not, but so many of us are walking around with misunderstandings of who God is, which influences the way that we see ourselves and the people and the world around us in bigger ways than any of us truly realize. Because we've picked up his book and maybe read a sentence or a page or a chapter or we've just listened to other people tell us about what's inside of his book, a simple page, sentence or chapter. If we want to understand the full character of God, we have to read the full story.
