Faithbase

Well, hey, Faith Base, hope you're having a great day. I'm back in my spot, but a little bit later on in the day, I'm still nursing an injury in my foot that I'm trying to recover from, and so I'm out here, gave myself a little extra time today. I wanted to take a moment, though, and think with you about the balance between our physical health and our spiritual well-being. We do not talk about this enough, and I wanna encourage you in that, because as we journey through life, I think it's important to remember that our physical health and our spiritual health are interconnected, and when one is neglected, the other suffers. A healthy body can aid us in focusing on prayer, on meditation, and in service to others, and conversely, a strong spiritual life can provide us with the peace and the resilience needed to face the physical challenges that come our way. The Bible says, beloved, I pray that all may go well with you, and that you may be in good health as it goes well with your soul, 3 John chapter one, verse two. I want to encourage you to strive to be good stewards of the health that God has bestowed upon us, caring for our physical selves as diligently as we nourish our spiritual selves, they are interconnected, and God has created us as three-form spiritual beings, body, mind, and spirit.
