Faithbase

Welcome back, everyone. My name is Tonya Lee Carey with Faith Base, and I'm the founder of a nonprofit ministry called God's Freedom Fighters International. And today will be a continuation of encouraging yourself. I just feel led to that's something I have to do every day, been doing it. It's just part of who I am, because being encouraged from someone else besides the Lord, it's just it's up and down. So with the Lord is a continuation. And so I just feel led today for the next two or three weeks or however the Lord leads me is to just build a foundation of truly what the fundamentals are. And number one in Jeremiah, it says our lives are not our own. So we have to when we wake up in the morning, we need to recognize and remember that we need to give thanks to the Lord. That's foundational. Give thanks that he woke us up. He didn't have to. We woke up with new mercy, new grace. Thank you, which is sufficient for us. And so to be able to be aware when you open up your eyes, you didn't have to. That is one of the fundamentals I believe is being aware that God Almighty, the infinite God, and we're finite, woke us up this morning with brand new mercy. This is the day the Lord has made and we can, yes, Lord, can rejoice and be glad in it. Number two is to be aware he's here. Where? Right here, right inside us. Greater he is in us than he that's in the world. And so if you don't have that personal relationship, you want to follow on, pray fully. It's not going to make a whole lot of sense, but we're talking about the truth, not facts. We talking about absolute, the same yesterday, today, and forevermore. We talking about the El Shaddai, Emmanuel, God is with us and really learning to understand, to be aware. It's not the present moment. It's his presence. And I don't want to go too far, but I want to say this, that presence doesn't begin this moment. It begins with the will of this moment. Whose will? God's will working through us. So that's the foundation and continue how to encourage ourselves every day, 24 seven, through the Father, through us this day. My name is Tonya Lee Carey.
