Faithbase

Welcome back everyone. My name is Tonya Lee Carey. Thank you Faith Base for this opportunity to share what the Lord has placed on my heart this day. I am led to share a few scriptures from Psalms 23. It's gonna be broken up in three parts for the whole chapter and I will expound a little bit from each verse. Number one, because many of us forget who really the great I Am is. The Lord is our Shepherd. That's our guide. That's our leader. That's our protector. That's relationship. And the only way you want to have a relationship, we got to spend time with the Father. We got to listen to what He has to say. We have to share our hearts just like as a human being even though we are beings. But He's God, our Shepherd. Second verse, we shall not lack. That's supply. That's a God who gives and takes care of our supplies that we need according to His riches and glory. Lord let this word not return back to us void. Verse three, He makes us lie down in green pastures. That's rest. Lord help us to enter into your rest. That's a faith that is active. We need that rest so we can rejuvenate. Thank you, Lord. He leads us beside the quiet waters. That's refreshment. We need that refreshment. So how can we give something that's not in us? We need to be rejuvenated and to be able to listen to hear as the water flows. We can hear Him to guide us being our Shepherd. He restores our soul. That's healing. That's our God. That's our source. That's our protector. That's our leader. He is our Shepherd. Lord, thank you. Thank you for your word. Thank you, Lord, for each and every scripture here. He guides us along the right path. That's trust. Lord help us to trust in you. Trust, trust, trust in you. That is the foundation. When we wake up in the morning, we can trust in you, our Shepherd, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the El Shaddai. You are with us, Lord God. Thank you for this word this day as we all give you all the praise, honor, and glory in Jesus' mighty name. Amen. Amen. Until next time, my name is Tonya Lee Carey with Faith Based. Have a great day.
