Well, hey, good morning, Faith Base. Just finished up a workout and wanted to just take a moment and share a thought with you about staying healthy. You know, taking care of our bodies is not only important for our physical well-being, but it's important for our spiritual journey. And I thought it would be good just to explore for a minute how we can honor God through our health. You know, our bodies are gifts from God. This is something that doesn't get talked about a lot in church and Christianity and our circles, but it's our responsibility to take care of them, right? By maintaining good health, we can serve God and we can serve others more effectively. Remember, it's not talking about physical appearance. I'm talking about being good stewards of the body that God has given to us. The Bible says, do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. First Corinthians chapter six, verses 19 and 20. As you go throughout your day, as we live out our daily lives, I want to encourage you to remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. May we all make good choices that promote good health and good well-being, not only for ourselves, but also so that we may honor God. Find strength and discipline to take care and in taking care of your body as we offer them up to God as a living sacrifice, for that is a spiritual act of worship. I hope you are encouraged by that quick word this morning. It is early in the morning here. It is cold. I hope you are blessed as your day is getting rolling and I pray God's mercies and opportunities will come your way today. Be greatly blessed. We'll talk to you later.
