Hello and welcome back once again. We are so grateful that you have joined us to our listening audience. We say we give you honor and praise. Thank you for your support and just ask that you will continue to keep us in your prayers. And today we're excited, excited, excited about this new opportunity that we have to share another Dr. J's thought. And this one is entitled Authenticity and Friendship. What's love got to do with it? Authenticity and Friendship. What love got to do with it? And as it has become our custom, before we go into sharing, we're going to pause for the cause and have a word of prayer. Let us pray. Gracious God, we thank you for this day. We thank you for each and every one under the sound of my voice. We thank you, God, for your peace, for your love, for your understanding. Lord, we thank you, God, for giving us this opportunity to share with one another and to learn and grow from your word. We ask that you would take this opportunity, Lord, to speak through us and minister to your people and to bless each and every one under the sound of my voice with a triple portion of your blessings and anointing in the mighty, magnificent name of Jesus. Amen. So as I mentioned, today's thought is Authenticity and Friendship. What's love got to do with it? Now, remember, you're only hearing a summary of what the devotion has to offer. So please take a moment and read the devotion. I always look forward to hearing from you and hearing what God has said to you after you've read the full devotion, after listening today. But pretty much what I do is provide a summary of the devotion and share some thoughts that God is giving me that might be encouraging and helpful and maybe even revelatory in your discovering the buried treasures that lie ahead. So let's dive deep within the devotion today. So we're excited about it. Let us read Proverbs the 17th chapter, verse 17 from the NIV version. Friends, love at all times. And a brother is born for a time of adversity. Again, authenticity and friendship. What's love got to do with it? You know, there was the song that was written by a certain artist years ago. What love got to do with it? Well, I think when it boils down to it from a crystal centric perspective, from a Christ centric perspective, from a God anointed perspective, from his holy word perspective, love has everything to do with it. You know, authenticity and friendship are all about love, integrity, and embracing life's vibrant moments with unbridled joy. Surround yourself with love and positivity, painting your journey with beautiful colors. Here are some efforts to consider while paving the road to success as it relates to authenticity and friendship and asking yourself and answering for yourself what love has to do with it. Step one, treasure authentic connections. You will find that they have the ability to nurture relationships and build mutual respects and finding solace and unwavering support in true friendship. Step two, embrace laughter as a gift. Let joy echo in your hearts. Find humor in simple moments, igniting happiness and healing. Step three, live fully unapologetic. Seize the day. Look for ways to explore life and do the things that you desire to do that would bring you happiness, that will bring you joy. Step four, gratitude, the gateway to abundance, some say, but practice gratitude and practice living with an attitude of gratitude, being grateful, but keeping a positive mindset. If you can show me a reason to have a negative disposition in the midst of whatever you're going through, as opposed to a positive one, I'll gladly accept that. But I have never experienced it. I found it always better to have a positive attitude because it gives you the energy and the vision and the insight to be able to see things you wouldn't see if you were focused on the negativity. But when you focus on the positive, when you focus on the word of God and receiving an understanding as to whatever it is that you're going through, it makes life so much better. Step five, trust divine guidance. And step six, radiate empowerment. You know, today as we embark on a voyage of celebration and gratitude, honor love, cherish moments, and trust faith to make the impossible possible. It's been a pleasure being here with you today. I pray that you have a super fantastic day as you reflect on the importance of authenticity and friendship and what love has got to do with it.
