Hey everyone, I'm back. My name is Tonya Lee Carey with Faith Base and I have a word for you from the throne room and it's in regards to learning how to encourage yourself. I want to open up a prayer. Father we thank you. We thank you for this day that you have made and we will rejoice no matter how we feel and be glad in it Lord because we woke up this morning. We give you all the praise honor and glory in Jesus mighty name. Amen. Amen. There's two main principles I want you to remember. It's in regards to learning how to encourage yourself. This world system is dark and just the way it is and darkness is drawn to darkness. So if you feeling down and your friends are down then I'm asking you wake up and smell the roses and take a grip. Get a grip and learn how to encourage yourself. Number one, remember. Remember all the things that you've overcome. That you overcome what you didn't been through in your past and you were here. David in the Word of God talks about how he encouraged himself. He looked back. He reflected back. He remembered how he was able able to overcome the lions, tigers and bears. Oh my! No, but he remembered that he overcome. God was with him when he fought the lion and won and when he fought those bears and won. We won't even talk about Goliath but he remembered that. That's how he's able to overcome and win with Goliath. So I want you to remember and think about all the things that you have made it through in your life. Your short life no matter how young or how old you are. You've gone through some things. You won. You did well in tests. You didn't graduated from high school. You didn't graduated from college. Come on! You have been through some stuff and you're in a place right now where you have to encourage yourself. And number two, be you. Number one, remember and number two, be you. Now God knows every hair that you have on your head or that you did have. God knows the number. You that important. You that valuable. You're not invisible. He sees you. I see. So number one, remember and number two, be you. Because there is no one like you. No one has your DNA. Nobody has your thumbprint. You're important to this world to represent the kingdom of God. That's it. In my bright colors. I love you and there's nothing you can do about it. Peace!
