Hello and welcome to Dr. J's Thoughts. So happy to have you here with us today. Today I'm going to talk with you about the topic that I look forward to you being able to read about, as I just tend to give a synopsis of what I've written and some words of inspiration surrounding it as a means of encouragement. It's entitled, Navigating Change, Embracing Adversity, A Guide to Success. The scripture reading, Isaiah 43 and 2. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you. When you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned. The flames will not set you ablaze. Imagine being able to literally do what the Hebrew boys did, step in the fiery furnace a long time ago, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. The song says they weren't worried because this they knew, that Jesus would fix it and he would work it out and be there for them. As we navigate through change and embrace adversity, one of the certainties that we need to have is an understanding that in the midst of the turmoil, in the midst of the pain, in the midst of the challenge, you can implement your understanding of the word of God in faith while trusting in God with all your heart and he will work it out for you. One of those things as we talked in the writing in our devotional is start with a clear vision, articulate the rationale behind it, and implement change incrementally. As we look at navigating change, I recommend you consider those as pillars that would not only stabilize, it would help us realize how to be victorious while navigating change in the midst of adversity and embracing adversity. I hope the guide is a guide to success and growth for you as you embrace the devotional today. Thank you.
