Hey everyone, I'm back. My name is Tonya Lee Carey with Faith Base and I feel led to share a continual ongoing series in regards to recognizing that we are overcomers and how to become a better fighter and or prayer warrior. But I want to open up with prayer. Father God I want to thank you. I want to thank you. I want to thank you. I want to thank every person that is listening to what you have to say in and through me. Father God that I decrease and you increase even more. Father God giving everyone ears to hear including myself to hear what the Spirit is saying. Cover this prayer with your blood in Jesus mighty name. Amen. I took a photograph earlier with this helmet and then I have a boxing glove. This cross back there is something I received after five years working with Bill Glass Weekend of Champions and there's a quote that says people don't care about what you have have to say or done until they know that you care and I like to believe that you all know that I truly love you and care about you since being with Faith Base. I want to share this little testimony because what I'm seeing with this world system, what I'm seeing, what I've just recently gone through and going through from the foot surgery of the intense pain and serving in the prisons of Ohio for over 15 years taking in teams to minister to mostly men and teenage boys hundreds at a time some of the most notorious prisons and literally the persecution that I went through and my heart was to serve and to give hope and love that Jesus loved them and and I say them because they are really literally a part of us the body of Christ when you repent give your life to Christ then you're part of the family and so that's how I look at it that's how I think as we think so are we and I went through so much persecution to minister to bank robbers and murderers and thieves and child molesters and prostitutes I didn't know what their crime was I'm glad I didn't know I just wanted them to know that they are loved if they ask for forgiveness they are forgiven and the new mercies come to not only particular people to all of us especially those who who have given their life to Christ but there is a chapter in Romans in James the fourth chapter verse one excuse me it says from whence come wars and fighting within us and it goes on but I want to share that one part from within us those are internal wars when we have an argument with someone going back and forth and back and forth I'll do twice that's it because I know after twice I know you heard me and it is a root cause if not selflessness it's selfishness and not desire to please God and it's not about winning it's already done we have won and it's to teach us really about ourselves when we go back and forth like that it's not about being right it's about being righteous and so I just want to share that a little bit in regards to warfare how to become a better warrior how to become a better fighter and know that we are overcomers by the blood of the lamb and the words of our testimony so until next time once a week I'll be sharing in regards to being an overcomer a better warrior and a better fighter I love you and there's nothing you can do about it peace
