We're all given different level of talents. You know, you can compare yourself to somebody else and that's a mistake. Don't compare yourself with somebody else. Look at what you have and say, okay, how can I maximize what I have? Because one day we will be responsible for that one talent, or two, or five, whatever we've been given. So don't compare yourself with others, but put whatever you have at work the best possible way that you can. And that means roll up your sleeves and get to work, not put your hand out and say, no, I have the right of this and I have the right to that.
