Hello and welcome back. It's another great day that we get to join together in devotion and to explore another opportunity to grow in our grace and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I'll tell you, I am excited about today's devotion. It is Guiding Change and Achieving Success, a Faith Factor Approach. Guiding Change and Succeeding and Achieving Success, a Faith Factor Approach. Philippians 4 and 13 from the NIV version is our scripture where we're going to draw our scripture from for today's devotion. It says, I can do all things through him who gives me strength. How many of you today that are listening to me believe that you can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens you? I know you do and I do too. And I would like to share something with you that as we begin to think about this, this is written not only from a personal perspective but also from a business perspective. You know, many of the times as we are dealing with different subject matters, we don't often time reflect on the fact of what, how our vocation impacts upon our individual lives. And we know that whether for men or for women, what we do, whether we do it on a job away from home, whether we work from home or whether we work in a corporate office, but a part of what we do does define who we are and we find our identity in it. And it's important to know that regardless of what you're doing, doing it unto the Lord and allowing God to be that source to become a resource that you can draw from and that you can be able to have the strength, the insight, and the ability to do what would not be humanly possible sometime to do otherwise. God sometimes supernaturally works in our lives to help us accomplish many things. And that's where the faith factor comes in and you know, how God guides us through change. Sometimes, you know, we don't like change. Matter of fact, I've heard it said the only one that likes change is a wet baby. But the truth of the matter is, change comes as a gift giver. And you know, they somehow said a long time ago also that if you like something, it's going to change. If you don't like it, hold on, it's going to change. So eventually, change is coming. So it's not a matter of whether it's going to come. It's a matter of how we interpret it and how we allow it to impact our lives. In today's dynamic business landscape, you're going to see that I wrote this. Embracing change and overcoming fear with faith is crucial for staying competitive while trusting in the Lord. However, successful changes or successful change requires effective management. As a leader, you play a pivotal role in driving transformation within your organization. And today, I'm going to offer steps, step-by-step guide of how to inspire and implement change. Most of the times that we're dealing with change, whether it's inside with us or inside someone else, we're looking at how to effectively deal with change and how we can, in fact, embrace change as a gift and not an enemy. Well, if you're going to facilitate change, it's going to be important to be able to define a clear vision as you relate to change. And you'll see that's step one as I offer up our devotion. And step two says communicate the rationale. Make sure it's understandable why you're facilitating that change and then to implement change incrementally. And to do it in such a way that you are doing it in humility with respect for people who are struggling with the ambiguity and uncertainty and the pain that's associated with change sometime. And so, you're going to find that today, that as you go and you read the devotional, that it's offering you some insight for not only how to deal with change as an individual, but to deal with change as a change agent, as a game changer, as a corporate leader, as a business owner, as a lower middle manager or senior middle manager, whatever your position or senior manager, whatever your position is, you're going to find here that some wisdom for you to consider is available to help you navigate through the mucky waters of change. I say together as a nation even, we have the strength to rise above any obstacle, embrace the power of unity and collaboration, support one another, uplift each other, and work towards a common goal. It is through collective efforts that we will create an astonishing comeback story in the midst of change, in the midst of uncertainty. Remember, failure do not define you. It is an unwavering consistency that we must realize that within our hearts and our minds and whatever we're going through, that failure does not define us. What defines us is your unwavering consistency, resiliency, and trust in God's divine timing that shapes your destiny. That's what defines you. Let us unite as we forge a path towards success, empowerment, and inspiration, being well assured of this one thing, that the God who started a great work in us will finish it if we trust in him, if we truly trust in him, believe in him, and understand faith is a substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. So sometime we're going to just have to step out on faith and believe that if the faith factor approach is going to apply, we got to do it through faith, in faith, faith, and by faith, and God will enable us to successfully run the race, win the race, and be well assured that nothing that we can't go through and that he can't take us through.
