Hi beautiful people! Happy Monday. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I wanted to get back on here and just give you another encouraging word from the Word of God for your week. Mondays could be dope so I'm thinking Mondays could be the day we get a little extra oomph with some word. I just I feel like this is a season where I feel like God is like yo we could do a lot in this season. There's a shift happening and a lot of people have been talking about it and you can feel it in the air that something big is happening. So I think one of the best ways that we have clarity that we have peace and joy when we are looking to go forth in power with the Lord is abiding in Him. Just taking out time to just seek His face, to be with Him, to hear His voice, and to act in obedience and what He calls us to do without hesitation. So yes I wanted to start in John chapter 15. If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you will ask what you desire and it shall be done for you. So clarity on that too because it's not a get rich quick program just like okay I'm gonna seek your face Jesus and then you gonna give me everything I want right because you said in verse 7. It's like no it's more so He changes our hearts and our desires to want what He wants and desire what He wants. To love what He loves and to hate what He hates. So our desires become His desires. So if you abide in me and my words abide in you, you will ask what you desire and it shall be done for you. By this my Father is glorified that you bear much fruit so you will be my disciple. As the Father loved me, I also have loved you. Love oh my gosh. This is why He wants to abide in us and us abide in Him. He just wants to be with us. He wants to use us like what an honor for the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords to use us for His glory like that's dope. Is it easy? No. No but He helps us and when our joy is in Him it does make it easier. As the Father loved me, love is patient, love is kind, love does not envy, it does not boast, it's not puffed up. Love bears all things. So as the Father loved me, I also have loved you. Abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in His love. This is Jesus speaking. These things I have spoken to you that my joy, Jesus's joy, the joy beyond our understanding, joy unspeakable may remain in you and that your joy may be full. When we have full joy, there's power behind that. The joy of the Lord is our strength. So when He's asking us to do something that feels impossible or we're just overwhelmed, we're tired and now He's like all right now I got something else for you. You know I want you to go out here and do this and that. It's just like Lord I'm tired you know but the joy of the Lord gives you this supernatural strength that you can't understand like it's no longer you. He said if you abide in me, I will abide in you. So it's no longer just your strength, it's Him working through you. Anyway, so we get this extra supernatural dope power when we just get in the presence of God. It doesn't mean that all we do all day is just read the Bible, pray and have meditation music on and just fast and we never eat anything for the rest of our lives. We can't function like that. We are in these human bodies. We have to interact. We have to work. We have to clean our house and you know cook and be a blessing to people around us and you know celebrate other people and pray for other people be a part of their lives so we know how to pray for them. There's a whole life that we're trying to live well with the help of God and I think that you know when we read these scriptures sometimes it feels or may feel impossible to really abide in Him but sometimes that just looks like when you're washing the dishes we're just God I thank you. You're good. You're holy. You're worthy. Thank you for this day. I'm tired today Lord. I'm a little sad. I'm confused. I'm upset at this person. Help me to make things right with them or help them to soften their heart or do whatever you got to do Lord to rectify this. I think it's just a pray without ceasing type of thing you know and that doesn't mean we don't have fun and we don't go on adventures. I think that actually helps us have fun more and helps us with our adventures to enjoy life more because when we have the Father abiding in us and His joy is full in us I think that goes beyond our understanding. So I just encourage you to I don't know try something new with the Lord to tap deeper into Him to experience His joy in a different way that your joy may be full. Go out there and release the zeal you have for the Lord and abide in Him. I hope that encouraged you. I'm gonna go do the same you know I need this word we need the word. Anyway I love y'all. Have a happy Monday. Bye
