Well, good morning, everybody. This is Romans chapter 8, verses 3 and 4. For what the law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did. Sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh as an offering for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, so that the requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Yesterday we examined how there is no condemnation for those of us who are in Christ Jesus. And the reason for that is, is the fact that God became flesh like us. And the condemnation that was due to us, Jesus took that on the cross for us. So today I want to remind you that you are a new creation in Christ. That what the flesh couldn't do, what we couldn't do through our works, what we couldn't do through all of our good deeds, as important as they are, as needed as they are for us to love and serve others, they still fell short. Anything that we tried to do in the flesh still fell short. So we needed God to come in the flesh and to fulfill that law for us. And that is exactly what Jesus did. So that we, now, today, can walk in the Spirit. So I want to encourage you today, walk in the Spirit of God. Find a way to love somebody, serve somebody. All the things that Jesus did for you, find somebody to do that for today. Again, if there's any questions about the text or any way that I can pray for you, please comment right there. We're going to do some of these videos that are going to be nothing but prayer. So we're going to keep up with all of your prayer requests and be praying for you. But today, let's find a way to walk in the Spirit of Jesus and go love and serve somebody. God bless. Have a great day.
