Faithbase

Good morning, faith-based family. I got a question for you today. How are you waiting? How are you waiting for God to do whatever it is that you've been praying for Him to do? Maybe it's a miracle with your finances. Maybe it's a change in a relationship dynamics. Maybe it's a child or friend, somebody that's on the wrong path that you've been trying to pray over. Or maybe it's something with your health. You see, I want to share a little bit of my story. For the last almost two and a half years, I've been dealing with some health issues, some issues with my hands, issues with tingling in my brain, pressure in my chest. And so I've gone to every doctor possible. I've been to a cardiologist. I've been to a rheumatologist. I've been to my pulmonary doctor. And I've been to all these different ologists. And everybody comes with the same thing. Clifford, we can't find a thing. All your tests are coming back negative. And so in one hand, I'm celebrating and thanking God that they didn't find anything. But in the other hand, I've been kind of torn up with emotion because what I'm looking for is an answer, figuring out whatever the root cause so we can solve the root cause of the issues that I've been dealing with. And from what I hear, a lot of people around the world are dealing with it. And they don't know if it's long COVID or whatever it may be. But one thing that I do know for sure is God is right there with me. So my question is, how are you waiting? Are you stressing out? Are you doing what I started to do? And to be like, why God? Why is it taking so long? What is going on? You see, what God wanted me to understand is that even though things may be going on with my physical, I know that my spiritual can find rest in him. My spiritual can be at home and at peace with him. And so I had to change my perspective and how I wait, how I wait for God to do whatever he's going to do, whether he's going to heal me or whether he's going to use me to be a testimony for somebody else. You see, I learned long ago that some of the things that we go through in life are not meant for us, are not meant just for us. They're meant to be a testimony for somebody else. They're meant to actually be an example of how you go through that process. And so I asked you today, how are you waiting? Are you letting the storm of the exterior get down into your spirit and your soul? So I challenge you today to slow down, stop, take a deep breath and realize and know that God is still God.
